For the past year, we have been nesting on the lovely Puna side of Big Island Hawaii where we are happy to be living simply. Land exploitation and tourism are minimal and there are many alternative communities, events, markets and organic permaculture. Land prices are also quite low and I am hearing of conscious groups of people here seeking land partners to purchase together with. Let me know if interested and I can help in the networking.

Those who think the Founding Fathers of America were supporters of capitalism should get their ignorance cleared, before getting overly enthusiastic over capitalism and thinking that it is their patriotic duty to be so. Defending capitalism need not be (and is not) the duty of every American citizen in the name of patriotism.
